Privacy policy

This website, conniepoe.com, belongs to Connie Poe (licensed as Constance Poe), a real estate agent at Compass. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

What the forms collect and why

The site collects information only when you send one of its forms:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• What you tell us about a home or a search: an address, the home type, beds and baths, condition, the areas you like, a price range, your timing, how you plan to pay, and any note or question you write.
• The page you sent it from.

Connie uses this information only to answer your request: to prepare a home value, to send you homes that fit your search, or to reply to your question. The forms never ask about you as a person beyond how to reach you.

Calls, texts and email

When you send a form, you agree Connie may call, text or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you will get no more texts.

Never sold

Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site for Connie, under their own privacy terms: the company that hosts the website (Vercel), the database that stores form submissions (Supabase) and the service that emails new requests to Connie. It may also be disclosed if the law requires it.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies, do not collect your name or contact details, and report only totals.

Cookies and outside content

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Video tours come from YouTube in its privacy enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Listing pages show a map from OpenStreetMap. Links to Compass, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google follow those companies' own privacy policies.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not track visitors across other websites or show targeted ads, so it treats every visit the same way whether or not that signal is sent.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

To see what you sent, correct it, or have it deleted, email Connie at connie.poe@compass.com or call or text (818) 458 4700. Your request will be handled promptly.

Visitors under 13

This site is not meant for anyone under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
